HAKKO EIGHTRON TUBING
The high-quality hoses made by Hakko Corporation in Japan, are used worldwide in industrial inkjet printers. An innovative multi-layer structure ensures high flexibility and thanks to the inner coating of fluoropolymers, the hoses have excellent resistance to various inks. At the same time, the inner layer prevents the ink from changing due to external factors.
Hakko Eightron ink tubing is available in many standard sizes and suitable for all common inkjet printers. If you cannot find the right hose for your requirements, a custom-made hose could be the solution.
Features
All Hakko hoses have excellent flexibility. The hoses have a multi-layer structure and are therefore very flexible and durable. They are versatile and can be used in large format inkjet printers, textile printing machines, ceramic tile printers or even 3D printers.
Hoses with PVDF inner layer (E-PD series) are resistant to most chemical substances and suitable for many water-based inks. For best results with more aggressive water- and solvent-based inks our recommendation are hoses with an ETFE layer (E-SJ series). All black tubes are suitable for UV-curable inks. For applications where a high degree of flexibility is required, the "Ultra Soft" E-SJUS series, a further development of the well-known E-SJ series, has been introduced.

with inner diameter 2 mm, 4 mm and 6 mm.
Suitable for use with various liquids, including acids, alkalis and organic solvents. The chemical resistance of PEEK exceeds that of stainless steel.
In addition, the material is much lighter.
Due to the carbon fibre, the hose fittings have a high tensile and impact strength.
