Steam Z

The Steam Z steam trap was developed by Z Engineering in 2018 to put an end to unnecessary steam loss.

Tests at customers in Japan have shown that the new, patented technology of the Steam Z loses less steam than all previous steam traps. Tests in tyre production also showed that a cold start with the Steam Z was much more efficient. The steam supply during start-up stabilises much faster with the Steam Z than with other types of steam traps.

In 2020, the Steam Z was recommended as a particularly energy-saving product by the "METI Advisory Committee for Natural Resources and Energy" of the Japanese Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry.

Vesmeter (Viscoelasticity Measuring Device)

VESMETERⓇ E-100HB - Portable Meter

This portable meter for measuring hardness, viscosity and elasticity data on viscoelastic materials such as rubber or silicone products can be used to perform quality control directly on site in production. In addition, the device can also be operated remotely via the integrated Blutooth function.

The measurement via the patented "pressure displacement sensor" requires only a few seconds.

Viscosity, elasticity, hardness and relaxation time are analysed simultaneously.
